These are the bad guys; this is a hacker who uses their hacking skills and toolset for destructive and offensive purposes such as disseminating viruses, or performing DoS attacks to compromise to break down systems and networks.
No longer just looking for fun, but they being paid sometimes to damage corporate reputations steal or reveal credit-card information, while slowing business processes and compromising the integrity of the organization.
